Ands Great atmosphere, never ending hill in the middle, felt I could have gone a bit quicker once that was over, but wasn't sure of the course - shorter than I anticipated. Still, not too bad. Enjoyed the pint afterwards. Would do it again.

Grey Badger Approx 5 miles over cross country and old railway tracks. Starts at 7.15pm. Ran quite well on a nice course. Won a prize in m45 category which made a change. Nice sunny night and a very well organised event by Low Fell A. C.
