Lisrun An out and back course which is run along the Coquet river and by sand dunes. 25 degrees so very hot especially when the sun was out in the first 4K. The 5K marker where we turned around was car parked on a road and a number of people thought it was parked was too far down the road and my times support that. The 3K marker was also in a different place from the 7K marker which did not give much confidence. Mainly flat apart from four short sharp climbs. Bright red tee-shirt and voucher (which I promptly lost!) for all finishers
