EH Less than great preparation meant legs never felt great. Almost all road -- somewhat undulating. First 4-5 miles 6.30 min. pace, but deteriorated thereafter. Still, closing in on the 1hr 30 mark!

Fatbellymole Brilliant event - well organised, great scenery, fantastic weather, but a few nasty hills! This was my first half marathon so wasn't expecting much but I surpassed all expection. I set off a bit too quick and the hills in the last three miles almost brought me to my knees. Bring on the next race!
