Ted: VO3 training is a copy and paste error from Excel. The coach just dragged the cell above down and it incremented the number. That is all.

Ted: It's nice to see that your coach is just setting your program 4 weeks ahead. Less worry for you that way.

phillip.craig81: I never look at it in that way but it dose make sense. it will make me do the training more than see a full programme and thinking i need to do all this training. the programme is going to get hard as the week goes on
