RichHL: A bearded man with very short hair is dressed in an orange running vest and black, skin-tight shorts. He has long black socks to his knees and blue trainers on his feet. He is a mess of sweat. He stands facing the camera, legs apart and hands on his hips. His running vest has the words "Head to Toe charity" on the front. There is a number 246 pinned to the vest for the Bedford 10k and the name RICHARD is also on the number. He has a tattoo of a Green Man on his left bicep and a a red oak left tattoo on his right forearm. He looks knackered.
