Our beginners (from 5-10min)/ intermediates (30min- 26miles) running club was created by the local coaches at Synergy Studio, who wanted to share their knowledge and experience with fellow locals that are interesting in running but don't know where to start and wanted some training company. It can be very daunting when starting a new sport or exercise when you don't really know what to do. Running is a very enjoyable exercise and can be done anywhere and anytime.
If you are already running and training, that’s great, well done. Synergy runners provide the means for you to meet with other people if you train on your own or would just like some fresh training sessions.
While Synergy runners focuses primarily on helping beginners start running, we can provide expert help for intermediate and advanced runners.
