A club for runners who like to exercise their brains as well as their legs, making fast route choices across all sorts of different terrain, fell, park, mountain, urban.
We cover the Manchester and North Cheshire area, have a very active events programme in the region and beyond. Regularly feature high up in results for national competitions.
We cater for ALL ages and abilities, beginner to GB Squad members. Coaching is offered.
Wednesday training runs combine training with a social aspect of the sport.
No fixed base so location on map is to show our approximate area....
