Bruce Tulloh once said:
"If you've never run 10 miles in under 60 minutes you've never run 10 miles".
Well in his day that may have been true but with a PB of 74 something set several years ago, I will probably never achieve anything like that or even a sub 70 minutes. For some reason though 10 miles is still my favourite distance, and not being an olympian athlete, whatever time I set, it will still seem like running to me.
