10st 3 1/2. 10st 1 1/2 when got back. Running Friday because open water tomorrow. Warm one. Ran in sleeveless shirt which I normally only use in Florida. Had porrodge and corn flakes before. Didn't take drink with me for first lap but had a drink after 5 miles + half row of mint cake and took remainder of drink with me. Lat 2 miles felt like quite hard work. Laps 9.12, 9.13, 9.30, 10.04, 9.42, 9.46, 9.32, 9.46, 10.23, 10.15
