Virgin Money London Marathon

After a week with knee pain, a felt the 1st mile very heavy on the legs so after a wee stop of 6min I decide do a 2min run 30seg walk.
Went really well until mile 17 when got terrible cramp in right calf so after stop to stretch and at mile 18 stop for a massage, had to do a lot more run/walk after than I would have wanted
