Virgin London Marathon. ran a good race tbh, ran out of steam ! Gels (Powerbar with caffeine) taken at 8M, 16M and 22M. Noticeably made a difference. Next time take more.
Breakfast: porridge pot, bannana. Powerbar carb isotonic drink. Stomach great.
