About Me
My first enthusiastic run in 1978, a day before my birthday was that early present that I've made use of right to this day! Now 74 and the enthusiasm hasn't waned even though the speed has been left behind..not entirely because of age but a withered calf muscle due to a back injury/neural damage 33 years ago. They said I wouldn't run again!! Running has seen me through thick and thin and even now I am always looking forward to the next run. What's the biggest challenge that awaits you? Making sure I am still running when I push towards 80! I thought 70 was going to be a challenge but that turned out quite easy!
