PB ! NVH 10 race first time doing this and official time takes 1min38sec off previous time. Puts me into Gold standard for club as well. First mile went off too fast but even though I kept slowing up still ended up 7.05mins, then settled into around 7.20m/m target pace. Felt crap before race and think I have a cold coming so was in two minds whether to 'race' it or 'run' it ended up 'racing' it and glad I did course not that boring considering its two laps around Bretton although mile markers wee all over the place and only on water stop. Didn't hang around long after as was in a hurry but some good times by other WJ from the few I spoke to.
