PB by 2 min 53 sec (unofficial). Perfect weather and build up went well. I was told to go for 7.40m/m by OM so in my mind I had 7.37 m/m to allow a few seconds spare. Stuck well to it and felt comfortable ran the first 5/6 miles with Tim Hunt and really enjoyed the support of the crowds espicially all the WJ members cheering us on its very much appreciated and helps no end. Course much better this way round I think. Struggled around 9/10/11 mark but then got a second wind and just kept going steady. All other WJ runners did really well with PB's getting beat everywhere great turn out great day and currently my favourite race ! :)
