That's good news, for those recovering / recovered from injury
I am about to join not so much the injured bench but more the maternity waiting room. Just over 30 weeks gone now and it's time to hang up the trainers for a while. Got a 'race' for life tonight which will be my last proper 'run' and will take me to 351 miles this year. Not likely I will get to 500, will see how it goes assuming I can build back up again towards the end of the year - not going to put myself under pressure, but I hope to be running again by November.
Keep going everyone else. xxxx

Calf rehab this week. Two short runs on treadie so far. Physio today for evaluation, then a 3 mile outdoor run tomorrow if things work out okay.

Good luck Clare - will you be getting yourself one of those 3 wheeled buggies that you can run with?

don't know yet. Always said I would to start with, but as I think about it, I'm not sure. Don't think you can use them for the first few months anyway due to supporting the baby, so I've got time to decide - I may need to 'multi-task' to fit running in - i.e. combine it with looking after baby, or I may need the 'me' time to run on my own and just fit it in around hubby's work etc.
