About Me
I think of myself as a marathon runner (15 done since 2012), but with an interrupted running history due to various injuries/niggles at different times. I now happily fill recovery breaks with cycling - my old friend - and have been trying my hand at weight training and yoga as a prophylactic. Finding I like being a multi-sport person :-) And having packed in being an employee, I now have more time to devote to being sporty.

Describe your ideal run, ride or swim.
Riding a bit further than is wise but managing it anyway. With plenty of snacks and sunshine. Finishing as dusk is starting and the swifts/swallows/house martins are swooping low for insects. Lots of quiet lanes, farm tracks and forest roads.
