What’s the best bit of advice that you would give to new runners, bikers and swimmers? Stick with it and don’t put pressure on yourself to expect it to happen too soon. Be realistic. I started on a couch to 5k and looking at it thought it would be easy but it surprised me, so I reset my expectations and got there. |
