About Me
I just like exercise as it makes me feel good - even the killer sessions! Running, cycling, walking and Tae Kwon Do take up most of my spare time. I also try to do a bit of stretching/yoga in the privacy of my own home and a bit of strength training.

I'm interested in trying to sort out nutrition to help with the fitness but am such a pig and don't know when to stop. Fortunately a lot of it gets burned off and the rest I am storing for later.
