Have been running since 2009. Some of the big landmarks being
2011 - LEJOG in 13 days.(most fun ever!) 2012 - Two Oceans ultra (wet! Missed out on bronze) 2012 - Iron distance Triathlon in summer 2012. (16 hours and change off not much training) I have some running PB's that I am happy with, but they date way back. Now looking to put together some good training and rediscover my form of yesteryear. Achieved my aim of moving for an hour. Began with 15 minutes run and 2 minutes walk but soon had to dial it back. Pleased to complete. Still having serious underwear issues.
