West Pinchbeck 10k. Rather windy conditions so exceptionally pleased with a PB and under the hour which was the target for this year. Ran with Liz from Bushy upto 5k but they pulled away so tailed a Sleaford Town lady for remainder of race. Huge huge support as always from fellow WJ's - a benefit of being further back in the field means early finishers add their support! Didn't think I had it in me to sprint home but with OM shouting..break away now Katherine now...and being instructed to cut the corner and go for it (I was on autopilot and just did what I was told to do!)...I put my head down and pelted to the finish, surprising my Mick who didn't have the camera ready! Thanks gang and jolly well done to all the PB'ers today!
