There was a little jogging downhill in places, but the intention was always to walk this.
Carried full L50 kit, plus the jacket I started in and removed at CP1, carried poles but didn't need them
Left hip and achilles both grumbling by the end and feet feel a bit used - wrong shoe choice for the bits that weren't mud but stayed upright so right for the mucky bits.
Absolutely gorgeous day, face looks a little sunburnt despite factor 50!
