Magical mystery tour running and so much fun
Chose to walk through fields of cows and sheep with lambs because a) I didn’t want to alarm them and b) I wanted to take pictures, say hello to all of them and get my fill of the lamb-y cuteness.
Also saw a field full of chickens and goats with loads of kids
Coffee at Cadence for the first time in a while
This was such a good run.
I had no planned route or mileage
Aim was just to be outside moving and having fun
Mission accomplished
Lots of twisty tiny trails in the woods
I was expecting to feel lumpen and sore but my body actually felt the best it has in quite some time.
