Ribenaface (RFSQL) It's a hilly one right enough, but it's lovely, friendly and the second half is quite fast. And seeing the Pentlands from the course is an excellent, picturesque reminder that it could be hillier still! Felt good today, nice to PB at a distance I hardly ever do. Great time by the way, Jamborigg.

davie y disaster struck 5 minutes before the start when during a gentle warm up i took a big tumble and slid on my knees for about 10 yards before ending up wedged against a parked motorbike. Kneecaps were in tatters and bleeding pretty bad. Withthe assistance of snakedoctor i got a wee bit of bandage from a bus driver to wipe the blood off and ran the race anyway. By the end of the race my knees and shins were covered in blood. A big thanks to the st johns ambulance crew at the end for cleaning me up a bit.A memorable race for the wrong reasons!!!

Dvorak Still the toughest course I have ever done. Strangely I had forgotten just how steep it was down into Auchendinny. Great conditions for running and the Pentlands looked stunning with the snow. Made a better attempt at the buffet this year and free coffee was a bonus. Considering the unplanned seven miles yesterday, fairly pleased. Have to mention RFSQL's absulutely stonking PB :-).

FitterStu Official time. Really enjoyed this. Beautiful day and I seemed to get stronger the longer it went on. Quite hilly but uphills seemed easier than downhills and the food at the end was great.
