Ferdi race was a bit harder than expected, but overall pleased with my time. Tried to keep running at 80% heart rate, but ended up being closer to 85%. Good atmosphere, enjoyable race. Will do again.

FitterStu Seriously bad run. Didn't sleep well last night and hadn't been feeling great yesterday. Went OK (maybe a touch fast for the conditions) for 5 1/2 miles and then fell apart. Started with stich then stomach and back pain. Then nausea and knee pain and ran out of energy. Very disappointed. Race itself was wonderfully organised. Went like a sweety and the weather was great (maybe a bit warm)
