Go for it! You might surprise yourself. 2 weekends I will run my so-called PB race. A sub 55 would be goog, a sub 53 would be regat and well....I'm not greedy, I'd take that with both hands thanks. Go on FML, lets get as close to the 4X.XX time in 2011
