Wahey - what time is scran then? If we're done by 11.30 - 12, will the pubs be open? And which one?! You need to get all the deails sorted young man. Srs tho, sounds great. :-)G

Social manager will see to all that G, I`ll stick to the easy stuff like uploading files, sorting out the groups, recce of the course, safety briefing, etc etc. There is a vacancy...any volunteers?

Lol! Why did I always end up "Entertainments Secretary" and "Social Convenor"? Right - suggestions for where to eat n drink afters pls. Tun was shut last time. Did we got to Jenny Ha's in the end? But last time we went there, they weren't doing food (at the ripe old time of night of 8pm. Sants got me a speshul chip, but otherwise it was crisps n beer only.) Any other suggestions? We're talking 12pm (given race start for first wave is off at 10.30) - and I think a place that does proper lunch would be nice, but obv also serves beer/wine/champagne/asses milk as required. Any ideas? :-)G |

Not from me matey, I don`t even know what time the pubs open on a Sunday, I just know when I go...they are From experience I`ve put 1030 as a start time as it`s doubtful we`ll actually get started then although faffage will be kept to a minimum. So say 1045, slowest group will be over an hour, then photos & chat, stow gear etc etc, 1230 we head off....

I'll go with the cheapest and cheerfulest option (actually I'm not that bothered about cheerful, just cheap - Mr D's birthday present has got me well & truly skint!) And yes scotty, I'll bring the car and not the bike
