Decided to accept Garmin's suggestion of 4 x 6 mins 'threshold' as today's Saturday Something
Wasn't expecting it to be quite so breezy nor the wind to be in the direction it was coming from.

One of the farm tracks has been 'improved' for tractors with lots of rubble in the ruts and dips and now resembles a flat Garburn pass - so have several excuses for slowness 😉

last one cut short because hit lap instead of pause when I met a tractor and I'd about had enough anyway.
Will probably trim off the walk at the end once fetchpoint queue has run
