Notes & Comments

Carried pretty much full L50 kit and poles, which didn’t get used

Forgot to put auto lap back on watch.

Hit lap in and out of cp - 5 and a half minutes not too bad- ate sandwich walking the following mile
Hit lap again when fell over as bashed hip and dodgy knee a bit and thought was going to struggle - was OK after a few minutes
Not as much running as I’d hoped - miss judged clothing and was too warm in longs and long sleeved T
Lovely to see Mr and Mrs Jiggs at the start :)

Not sure hr trace is entirely accurate!

Probably wrong shoe choice, hierros or fly300’s would have been more cushioned.
