You are so going to rock the marathon. I have no doubt. The way you're feeling is entirely normal but you have what it takes and you've done the training. Set out to enjoy the day and you will storm it

Don't worry about today's time, as you say it's time on feet that matters, rather than speed. Once you've recovered from running these 20 miles you'll gain confidence, plus in the marathon the atmosphere will get you through the last few miles.
Well done AL. I have not done more than 20 milers in prep for my maras, and although it doesn't seem like it is enough, I have always been able to do the full distance without wall-hitting. Your training is all going in the right direction. xx
