60 minutes at minimum acceptable (for GFA) marathon pace 10 days out from a marathon. And with eL Bee!, who chose the route back from Kingston Bridge. Nice morning, still a bit chilly.
If the heart rate is reliable, and there's no reason why it shouldn't be because I was wearing my chest strap, that's quite encouraging. It did feel hard for the first mile, but I was able to converse (we had lots to say about Carmen!) and settled into the pace.
