Deenzy Using as a training run for FLM. Idea is to run 9 or just under min miles to see how on track we are for sub 4 in April UPDATE: A fairly tough course quite a few short sharp inclines and pretty windy on the way back. Pretty pleased with my time which is a bit quicker than I was hoping for. Car parking was a bit of a joke as were the toilets 6 for 500 people NICE! Other than those 2 gripes a well organised and marshalled race. Medal, towel and isotonic drink goody bag was better than average too.

Runna I like this course, much more scenic than the Thanet 10 and with a few ups and downs to keep it interesting. Was a beautiful sunny day but a bit windy oin the way back. I was a minute slower than last year but I think I can blame the wind for that.

SK aka Clive Second time round for this one, not the most interesting of courses, especially the long trek homewards. Edit... Tough one again, but I PB'D!!! Very windy on way home, very tough last few miles on seafront.
