mikep Well what a surprise. After the 5k PB on Saturday I was not sure if I could do any sort of speed at all. Got to Rothwell to find that the course had changed and that it was windy. MudMeanderer Was aiming for a slight PB, at a push tickling 42mins. Instead had a great one, went through 5k over 30 seconds quicker than my 5k pb, and first time sub 20mins. Found the head wind and slight incline around 6-7km hard, but still pushed hard for a huge pb, equivalent to 2 of my 5k PBs back to back!

robwhite watch time 50 43 but took 7seconds plus to cross start line

Slider45 Ran reasonably although I've a massive difference in splits - was 17:06 going out! Bit windy coming back and there may have been a little gradient to consider but not sure if it was enough to account for a minute's difference.

soreeneater Not to be - sub 40 - bit of work to do yet - tree pollen allergy didn't seem to slow me down. Half way at 19:53 but just faltered betwenn 6 and 7k. Ran as fast as I could over last k and might have done a PB by 3 seconds. Will have to wait for official results. Askern?
