sosbi My second ever race and it was very wet, cold and windy, but I still enjoyed it all the same. It was definitely quite tough at times, and I struggled with some of the hills and pacing myself appropriately. The finish was on a bit of a hill, and because I put on a bit of a sprint, I crossed the line wanting to throw up! But I'm really very pleased with shavving almost 4.5 minutes off my 10k time, especially considering I hadn't done that much training and the weather being os awful. Yay!
