Cats Whiskers A lovely ramble in the woods spoilt by having to race! Never hit my stride on this one - felt a bit hypo from the start and then bloomin' piriformis and hamstring started to perform from about 3.5m, so ended up shuffling home - what a waste of a downhill finish!!

Jobe First run after have chest cold, still suffering from effects so found hard, didn't push myself until the last few metres when Tim started shouting at me!

Lyra OK Went off too fast and ran the first mile in 6:40. Paid for that when I started hitting those pesky hills. Pleased with my time and position considering that I found that one hard. Oh, and I've used our timekeeper's result - can't be doing with waiting on an official one since there's been feck ups with results for the last two races.
