Ha! Ha! thanx swiitle and melar..have sub 45'd my last 3 10k's so hope i can keep the run going *UPDATE* never mind sub 45 there a sub 44 instead..top class race..ran great..the first time under 44 mins since 2005..so you are not finished when you turn 40 fetchies ok?? :-)
