Dowse A very enjoyable race again this year.  Maybe if I'd done more training and hadn't tried to keep up with Seagrave I wouldn't have blown up at mile 14 and slowed to a crawl.  3 days later my legs have only just recovered from the hills.

Tiggers mate Roo Revised plan was first 10ml @ MP + 1 min ie 9min/ml, went exactly to plan despite hills; 2nd half planned at MP ie 8min/ml, though 8:20 more realistic based on last w/e half M, so pretty pleased with 8:14 mm with the hills making it hard to gauge pace, and even HR not staying v even; felt strong  in last few miles, and overtaking loads and loads of people. Happy with that, and even happier with lovely hoodie:-)
