I'm bunged up with a cold. Did an easy 4 miles this morning though. I have a hurt in my right thigh, possibly from rolling on a bottle and coming down heavy on that leg in the Cardiff Half. Nothing a bit of running won't cure though.

Right, let's get this cornerstone of a thread back onto page 1! Heading out for a few miles at lunchtime today. I'm going to have to do more lunchtime running as I start the bike commute. I enjoy the morning running though - means I exceed my expectations at races. Ah well. Still no Cardiff photos.....

Is it a PB course? Shouldn't be really, should it? I wouldn't mind doing it for the crack next year, although Cardiff is a nice flat PB-friendly half.
