Looks like some great runs from the gathered South Walians at Cardiff half I was 'oop north' to defend wales in the National fell relays... well, with the club of course Only two Welsh clubs in that, us (Mymydd Du) and Eryri... Had a great time at an extremely well organised event. Crap weather though, which made my navigation leg even more challangeing. Loved it though!
