The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Most of us get our hearts broken at some point James. I know how devastating it is and how it feels like you'll never be happy again. You will. I thought my life was over and that I'd never find anyone else. Now things are good.

I know that you want to know why but you may never know and anyway it won't change anything. Come and join us on the singles thread. Most of us have been there and got through it.

Jangles that's not selfish at all.

I came here to feel sorry for myself because cedd's been poorly. Thanks for reminding me how lucky I am. I'd much rather this than the time we wondered if it would happen for us. It was only a year and it nearly cost us our relationship at one point.
