I’m eating some of ‘Bobby’s’ fizzy kickers to stay awake! Misread that as Bobby’s fizzy knickers which I am sure would keep you and Bobby awake (especially if they were wearing them) |

Bobby is a brand name not somebody I work with! I have a slight obsession with sweets called Sour Patch Kids that I can’t find in the shops right now so I’ve been testing alternatives!

Half way through my four nights but staying up a bit later as I have a hospital appointment. Yesterday morning I had a little run after work as it was nice and sunny. |

I usually get home at 6 and take the dog for a quick walk, then I run later after my sleep! No more Bobbys knickers 😂😱 Found some sour patch kids back in Poundland yesterday and stocked up! |

I normally get in anytime between 8 and half 8 depending on where I have been working ( I work at 3 places) then take the dog for a walk. Sometimes run in the morning or sometimes the evening as the different places have different start times. I get emails from Jason Fitzgerald who does the strength running podcast this weeks is about training when working unconventional hours. Not listened to it yet but they are normally good. podcasts.apple.com |

Ooh that sounds interesting. I think I would love 8 hours sleep. That seems my ideal time but just can't get past 6 |

That’s this weeks nightshifts done and dusted. I kept waking up every hour yesterday morning. Not sure what time this morning my son came in and tried to turn on a light to get me to look at a broken wobbly tooth but I told him it would be ok and managed to go back to sleep!
