Avon i saw your " breakdown" last year only to see you come racing past me 4 miles from home.
I'm doing it again this year so no doubt we'll be seeing each other at many stages of the race.

My body has been crying out for a rest these past 6 months so now I'm resting, tapering i believe they call it, until race day.
I've got all my kit sorted . Decided not to go overboard by carrying loads of food. Hopefully what i learned from last year i'll be able to put into practice this year.

I hope everyone's just about ready to go.
