It was lovely to see folk breifly today, would have liked to stick around for more socialising after but the race had totally wiped me out and Slow started with a migraine about 4 miles from the end so we left to find food and medicine as soon as we could.

Got into a bit of trouble at the end of this race and had to go to hospital. The first aid people were brilliant. Wasn't in much of a state to say thanks but really grateful to the first aiders on the beach
