Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Hello. It was lovely to see folk breifly today, would have liked to stick around for more socialising after but the race had totally wiped me out and Slow started with a migraine about 4 miles from the end so we left to find food and medicine as soon as we could.

Don't know if anyone has any contacts for the first aid people for the race but they were fantastic. Got into a bit of trouble at the end of this race and had to go to hospital. The first aid people were brilliant. Wasn't in much of a state to say thanks but really grateful to the first aiders on the beach

A lot better now thanks Slowboy. Underestimated how hot is was on the race and should have drank more fluids. Still a fantastic event and would definately recommend it.
