I’m in again. I’ve generally done pretty well in previous years. I lost the yoga habit entirely after breaking ribs in June. It will hopefully kick start things for me again.

SarahWoo - yes, it should be. She offers guidance and modifications throughout so, if you're a beginner or if you're more experienced you should be good to go. I started daily yoga at the beginning of lockdown with her original 30 day challenge and haven't looked back. This is after several attempts in previous years but never managing to build that habit/never falling in love with it. Yoga (and indeed Adriene herself) isn't for everyone but it has been life-changing for me. Biggest tip I have is to not worry if your body doesn't do what Adriene's does. We're all built differently and we all start from different places and just a few minutes done regularly makes all the difference. |

I am in but probably not every day. I have tried before but only really seem to make a habit of it when I have in person classes. We have free half hour sessions at work each Tuesday and since starting those in may I've got much better at sticking to it and doing my own practice at home between sessions. I didn't do much over Christmas and almost surprised myself by how good yesterday's session felt - in the past it has sometimes felt like a chore but something seems to have clicked so it now feels more like something I need. Working out what adaptations work for me has been key. |

I’m in, and aiming to do them daily. Like Bint I started a daily practice with the first lockdown and kept it up for a whole year: yes, every day for a year! Adriene really clicked with me after trying for years to find a class/instructor that I could engage with. Sadly I lost my way in the past couple of years and have only practiced very occasionally but marathon training is back and I know this will help enormously 🙏
