The gpx tracks for this year are effectively identical to last year, so not a lot of the route has been changed!

We're already in hotel in Coniston and about to start carb loading with a 3 course dinner :-)

In all black for race (TNF/Salomon) but in Coniston trail shirt and fivefingers beforehand.
