Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

redkate - I will be taking a flask, it's just a case of whether I can get the hot milk to put in it so I can add the porridge later.

Been having a look at things and think I'll definitely take in the halloween parade, I guess it would be a shame to miss it seeing as I'm there when it's on.

I won't be doing tapas, has to be strictly italian cuisine for me, I don't like tapas at the best of times, let alone the night before a marathon!

Less than two weeks to go now, just debating whether to have a sports massage on Saturday or leave it if the legs feel fine as they are.

Go for it MF, always feel great having a massage a while before a marathon. I feel it keeps the "heavy leg" feeling at bay when you ease of the miles
