Walking and easy cycling are good too. I did my first run on Monday at 5am (still not adjusted to US time). Went around Central Park including some of the course. There were quite a few other runners out and about, some were very obviously marathon runners as well.

There's a great one of my blowing my nose...with a tissue, how sophisticated for a runner! I normally use my gloves though... I've not seen anything about the video yet.
