Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I just enjoy going out for easy jogs of a few miles to get the blood pumping around my legs, it helps to ease the muscles and get rid of some of the lactic acid. Walking and easy cycling are good too.

I did my first run on Monday at 5am (still not adjusted to US time). Went around Central Park including some of the course. There were quite a few other runners out and about, some were very obviously marathon runners as well.

Contro - Did you pay for your marathon photos to download straight away? Just seen you've got yours up on Facebook already.

My photos are SHOCKING on brightroom. Why don't they position photographers nearer the start when I'm (supposedly) looking fresh?! There's a great one of my blowing my nose...with a tissue, how sophisticated for a runner! I normally use my gloves though...

I've not seen anything about the video yet.
