Just wondering really.

I saw 3 rabbits and a squirrel, which was nice. Also nothing hurt, which is a first for me although I'm sure pain will return after my next long run.

Went out yesterday and the path disappeared in front of me :( so had to turn around and go back, but did manage to speak to some other runners so that was a nice change. :)

i'm entered for a 10k tonight but i havent run at all for 2 weeks, having an unaccountable inability to go out the door in my kit - so whats going to happen tonight i'm not sure - and i cant stop eating. Sorry to whine, glad you had such an uplifting run SoapyFez, we all need those. How come the path disappeared M4P? Hope you soon better Tappers

Le Greg - new improved recipe
Just back from a tempo run in gale-force wind AND boiling sun. Not pleasant, but there were loads of baby deer running around like demented little things, which made it worthwhile.
