Great running folks.

5 miles for me after work. Decided to head to Aberdeen beach since I was up that way and it was nice.

I did a 4.5 miles tonight and felt so much better than Sunday.

Nice running everyone

Just over 9 miles recovery run. Run interrupted as I went past a small bit of accent woodland about a mile from home. Heard some fiddle music as I approached and saw a small crowd at the gate. One of the local morris dancing troops was doing the Horn dance around the trysting tree in the woods for May Eve. They will be back at the woods at 0530 tomorrow - I wonโ€™t

Nice easy 8 miles along the chesterfield canal turning around at a farm looking for swalllows but none here yet
