The Mussile Jan 2022 1:56pm, 14 Jan 2022 822 posts	0 The Mussile First swim of the year today. 4km including warmup in total in 90 mins as 800m intervals. First 800m interval was 16:10 4th was 18:50 so like swimming through treacle. Good starting point though
