I’ll ask this question on the correct thread now:
Does the ring travel in a straight line or does it meander in roughly the right direction?

I think stopping at the point of each individual course which is closest to Mordor gives it the impression of meandering.

Well I can confirm Mordor is not at my house because that's where the ring is currently residing, near enough anyway... 😂 It does indeed seem to be moving North, it meandered a lot to get to Bristol so could be going anywhere North of Littledean 😊

If anyone comes and moves it before I get a chance, feel free to pop in for a cuppa... or indeed if you are ever in the area, we don't get many fetchy visitors round these parts and I've got traffic lights that need feeding 😂
